Common questions

How do I delete my account and data? Tap your account icon, then Delete account. This permanently removes your documents, your chat history, and your account.

How do I get a copy of my data? Email us and we’ll send it over.

How do I cancel my subscription?Manage it through the store you subscribed with. On the App Store, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Google Play, open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions.

Is Steady a doctor? No. Steady helps you organise your health history and prepare for appointments. It doesn’t diagnose or give medical advice. Always check anything important with your care team, and call 999 or 911 in an emergency.
